- Daily Activities: responsible for registering all accounts entries of TotalEnergies EP Brazil:

- Legal: Judicial deposits, Litigation, Share capital, etc.
- HR: Payroll due to employees and expatriate, Holidays and 13o salary provision, etc.
- Tax: taxes payables and receivables, not automatically post by SAP.
- Treasury: Marketable securities, Loans, Intercompany, etc.
- Finance / Cost: Account receivables, Billing Statements, Leasing contracts, etc.
- Others: Revenue, Royalties, Stock, JV Accounting, etc.
- Responsible for analyzing all SAP accounts, reconciliation with external controls, follow-up clearings and past issues.
- Responsible for preparing the analysis to ensure the correct allocation of the G&A and other projects’ costs.
- Fixed assets control.
- Accomplishments of internal control.
- Support audit (internal & external) processes.
- Prepare the financial statements and reports in accordance with Brazil and France accounting principles (CPC and IFRS), as well as consolidation methods and TTE guidelines.
- Prepare the Accounting SPED.
- CAP Reporting (Conso).
- Support to Accounting Coordinator with training and promoting less experienced accounting analysts.
- Support SAP new projects.
- Respect HSE policies and TotalEnergies code of ethics and conduct and notably:

- Maintain medical exams as described in the PCMSO.
- Participate in HSE trainings and seminars.
- Getting to know the emergency response routine and participate in simulated exercises.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of 5S of the office and in the selective waste collection.
- Communicate to the HSE all situations of risk and accidents in the company.

**Context and environment**
- Implementation of new procedures and new FIN organization.
- Partnerships at different stages (explo, dev & production) and undergoing complex discussions (unification; unitization; ToR+; etc.).
- Tax legislation frequently requesting accounting controls to be implemented.
- SAP information system with gaps yet to be covered, following migration to Unisol in 2020.
- Interface with other departments and teams.
- University degree in Accounting (Master is an advantage).
- Fluent Portuguese; Intermediate English.
- Experience with SAP FI and AA modules.
- Experienced in Oil & Gas industry.
- Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines.
- Skills of organization, interface with other departments.
- Excel user.
- Team building and client-oriented profile.
