**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsibility for privileged user account administration of various account types.
- Creation and management of CyberArk safes.
- Facilitate calls with end users during account request process.

Work collaboratively with other team members in Agile environment e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, QA adhering to Agile best practices.
**Required Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on of CyberArk experience and good knowledge on enterprise IAM tools.
- Understanding of the following CyberArk components: PVWA mainly and CPM/PSM /Vault/Credential Providers are a plus.
- Hands on experience in creating safes, platforms, and bulk onboarding of accounts.
- Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Operational understanding of Rest API.
- Server administration is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of SQL and relationship databases is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to complete highly detailed tasks with strict attention to detail, quality and timeliness. Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- CyberArk Trustee level Certification is a must.

- Self-learner and proactive.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
