**What you will do**:
- Support the management of social media accounts across various platforms
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored for different social media channels
- Foster and maintain engagement with community members across platforms
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills in all interactions and content creation
- Create and optimize content for Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Actively engage in relevant subreddits and online communities to promote brand awareness
- Post introductory and informative content to educate the community about the company and its offerings
- Interact with community members to gather feedback and insights
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 2-5 years of experience in customer support and/or social media marketing/community management, ideally in tech platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms: Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
- Portfolio or previous work samples to share
