**IT BUSINESS SPECIALIST**:
**Job description**
- Utilize your expertise in handling manufacturing scenarios like MTO, MTS, and ETO to enhance our SAP QM capabilities.
- Demonstrate your hands-on skills in SAP QM, covering areas such as Notification, Inspection, Master Data, Quality Planning, and seamless integration with other modules (MM, PM, CS, and EWM).
- Leverage your experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Play a pivotal role as a Functional Analyst in customer-facing situations, leading the implementation of business requirements and solutions. This includes conducting workshops, designing solutions, testing, data migration, and overseeing hyper-care cutover activities.
- Facilitate the implementation of Global templates and provide ongoing support for SAP Quality Management and Production Planning.
- Act as a liaison between our business functions and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Take charge as a Team Lead, demonstrating your multitasking abilities to manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
- Thrive in a team environment, effectively interacting with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve collective goals.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, information systems or related field
- English - Fluent
- SAP Functional experience, specializing in SAP PP module preferably in discreet manufacturing
- Strong configuration capabilities in SAP Production Planning and experience in Variant Configuration;
- Experience in working with Shopfloor/Manufacturing execution systems;
- Expertise in data conversion, LSMW and other tools for Data migration;
- Strong functional knowledge in PP and integration experience with other ECC modules (QM, MM & WM);
- Experience in PP integration with manufacturing execution systems (EMS);
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and well versed with best practices in SAP-specifically in a manufacturing environment;
- Ability to support a global business user base spread across Europe, Americas & APME;
- Knowledge in understanding capabilities and limitations of the technical environments and ability to translate functional requirements into feasible solutions;
- Experience in enhancing standard objects and developing custom objects in SAP ECC with at least two full life cycle implementations;
- Design, develop and deliver sustainable/scalable, global solutions that can be re-used and/or rolled out to other geographies;
- Basic knowledge of ABAP (reading/debugging) would be nice to have.
