Consumer Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a **Finance Senior Analyst** Position, located in **São José dos Campos/SP.**

PIC (Principal, Inventory and Costing) Finance team is part of Consumer SC (Supply Chain) Finance LATAM. The team scope includes Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing and intercompany pricing for all SC Consumer LATAM entities. SC PIC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. The team is on a journey to bring Inventory E2E consolidation and keep moving on process improvement and standardization.

This Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst position will be part of Latam PIC (Principal, Inventory and Costing) team and will ensure that financial transactions and analysis such as Balance Sheet deep dive, Cash flows and financial statements are accurate and compliant. This Senior Analyst must be able to foster networks/partnerships and maintain strong relationships with other business partners in Finance or other areas.

***:Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage Cashflow to ensure sustainable cash position performing Acc Receivable, Acc Payable and Taxes analysis
- Review intercompany prices, markups and margins to optimize financial results and attend legal requirements
- Provide technical expertise related to Financial Statements (US GAAP and BR GAAP)
- Forecast Business Cycles (BP/JU/NU/LT) - Intercompany sales, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow and PnL Statutory
- Perform closing activities related to ETR and Balance Sheet analysis, Intercompany Sales, GP Standard analysis, Spend Variances
- Bravo Reports, BVA Explanations
- Provide SC information and Support ad-hoc requests
- Keep continuous improvement mindset to simplify process and reduce workload
- Lead training sessions to peers and business partners

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
- A minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or knowledge of general Finance & Accounting processes.
- Experience with systems GRM, TM1 and mainly SAP / Microsoft office
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
- Advanced English is required (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, plus demonstrate drive and a willingness to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities

Preferred:

- Experience in cost analysis or Supply Chain Finance is desired.
- Compliance background and experience.

This position is based on São Jose dos Campos, although the profession can live in São Paulo and travel to the plant 2/3x a week.
