**About the team**:
SAP Business One is an ERP designed for small and medium enterprises As an SAP Business One Support Intern you will work with colleagues worldwide in a multicultural environment, having the unique opportunity to develop technical and soft skills.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Business One Support SDK
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS
**Expected start date to end date**:Ouctober, 17th

**In this role, you’ll**:

- You will help delight SAP partners and customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
- You will solve issues using Case Documents/KBAs, solved Incidents and Messages, forums documentation or verifying Business Configuration/Fine Tuning entries or hardware parameters
- You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
- You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams

**Who you are**:

- Ideally experience in the High Tech Industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Knowledge in technologies, languages and development frameworks is a nice to have.
