You will develop yourself as an expert who will be customer oriented and optimize the fulfillment process ensuring smooth functioning of outbound ligistics. You will set a benchmark in providing best in class supply chain, logistics and will have the potential to contribute towards the profibability of the organization by lowering warehouse and transportation cost.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Day-to-day tasks on purchasing processs and inventory controlling (planning and replenishment set-up) for the LAM Region Countries;
- Responsible for National and Foreign Suppliers;
- Working with factories at different organizational level to ensure optimal availability;
- Continuously optimize the inventory leves, ensure that we always have the right goods in inventory and continuously feed it up, by focusing on getting rid of slow and no movers;
- Establish and follow inventory, network and replenishment policies and have distruibution tactics per sustomer cluster;
- Providing analyses for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Factories;
- Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region;
- Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers;
- Analyzing, developing and implementing "Best Pratice" processes within: availability monitoring and inventory control and Supply Chain integration with allrelevant stakeholders.
**Background & Skills**:
- Have a relevant educational background at Bachelor level in Supply Chain or similar field (Production Planning, International business, Industrial Engineer);
- Minimium 3 years of experience within supply chain;
- High SAP knowledge (User level on MM Module);
- Have goog communication skill in English and Spanish (oral and written);
- Knowledge on MS Officce (excel);
- Project Management;
- Business process improvement;
- Effectively communicate with internal/external customers and suppliers;
- Analytical, disciplined and self-motivated.
