Danfoss is looking for a **Senior Manager, Regional** **Fulfillment** to drive one of our important logistics machine rooms in Danfoss Climate Solutions and Danfoss Drives Segment. As a very strong logistics professional, you will be an active member of the Global Fulfillment Management team and report to the Head of Global Fulfillment. We are flexible with the location of this role within Latin America Region.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be involved in setting and driving overall direction and strategy for Fulfillment processes in Danfoss Climate Solutions and Danfoss Drives Segment. Performance management is in your DNA and you have the outside-in approach with full focus on the customer experience.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Focus on Regional Fulfillment processes
- Close cooperation with factory planning colleagues to ensure a high availability while staying within stock budget and cost-to-serve frames
- Run performance meetings with sales, Customer Service Center and Global Services Logistics.
- One point-of-contact team for the regional Sales and Customer Service Center teams
- Follow-up on order management processes, support and develop these in close cooperation with Customer Service Center team
- Team size: 10

Furthermore, you are passionate about process improvements and competence development, open-minded and an anchored change management mindset. In addition, you have these personal and professional competences:

- 5 years of management experience & deep understanding of Supply Chain, master´s degree preferred.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
- Cross-cultural proficiency
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
