**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team including development of team KPIs, formal interview processes, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and secure qualified talent across all departments
- Partner with leadership to align HR policies with business goals and metrics, including development of company positioning and branding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining risk management protocols
- Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Optimize ATS and HRIS systems
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a people management role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies and HR best practices, including the use of AI technologies in each vertical
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building efficient, results-driven teams
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR/Recruiting analytics
- Experience with senior-level tech recruiting and retention
- Experience managing and operating within a global business structure, inclusive of a remote, globally-distributed direct team
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar professional certification is a plus
