We are looking for a **User Acquisition Manager**to join our team in our new niche dating platform that blends astrology-based compatibility and personalized horoscopes to guide meaningful romantic connections.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads campaigns launch and optimization
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, Internal CRM and other tools
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives

**We expect from you**:

- Facebook and Google ads expert, at least 1 year of experience in Target and PPC/SEM. Meta/TikTok/Google certificates will be additional advantage
- Familiar with campaign optimization by CPA and ROI
- Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- English and Russian B2 or higher

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
