**Datacenter Business Operations Program Manager **with the primary focus at being a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders: Datacenter Operations Management, Business Operations, Finance, Senior Leadership Team, Tax, and subsidiary groups. You will be responsible for partnering across the company's teams to manage Operations financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to drive strategic decisions. You will also collaborate to ensure the end process of procuring logistics by facilitating improvement and compliance of local processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Datacenter Operations Business Program Manager, your performance objectives include**:
- **Proactive partnership w/ the Data Center Operations organization** to understand their roadmaps, planning/forecasting processes, external/internal reporting needs.
- ** Liaise with the Data Center Operations´ leaders** to ensure campus level financial planning and performance reviews are conducted in accordance to the rhythm of business fiscal calendars and objectives.
- ** Enable better decision making **with simplified, standard, repeatable processes, and clear measurements of success through end-to-end understanding of operational processes, tools, and data flow.
- ** Support the Data Center Operations Organization **to operationalize all strategic initiatives consistently and effectively at the campus level.
- **Support the Campus Director with Field Employee communications** including townhalls, organizing listening sessions, and local campus level communications.
- **Understand roles across finance, tax, accounting, procurement, logistics**, etc. that are part of end-to-end business processes.
- ** Define data management setup** to ensure master data and hierarchies are created accurately the first time.
- ** Increase collaboration, awareness, transparency across business groups.**:
- ** Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders on finance, compliance and business controls.**

- ** Flexibility and Adaptability**: Regularly scan the environment to help anticipate changes that could affect key programs and projects. Effectively changes plans, goals, actions or priorities to respond to changing situations.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent, OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent AND 2+ years of post-graduate (or master degree) in financial analysis, business management or related field.
- 2+ years of work experience on finance management.
- Advanced English Language level
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong cross-group collaboration and business partnering skills including excellent interpersonal skills, conflict/negotiation management, ability to influence results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated strength in process and project management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
