**The Opportunity**:
The Business Transformation Office team is seeking Project coordinator to assist us in our mission to do what’s never been done before and make transformation a reality.

We are part of the Product Engineering board area in the Customer Solution Support and Innovation (CSI) unit. Our team is responsible for the transformational success of strategic programs and projects.

Partner across SAP to ensure the success of every contributor

Lead and steer selected strategic initiatives

Run the CSI transformation centre of excellence

What you will do with the team:
Project and Program Management

Provide administrative support to programs and projects

Assist in creating timely and appropriate communication plans and in the collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of project information.

Enter adjustments into Smartsheet Project Management software

Support Change Management activities on projects and initiatives.

Assist our team in developing a storytelling and communication framework

Organize and coordinate communication with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations

Design and deliver workshops and facilitation exercises

Provide assistance on the delivery of facilitated content including workshops, goal planning sessions

Manage time, minutes and follow up items

Ensure project success

Monitor all ongoing project timelines and communicate upcoming deadlines in team meetings

Follow up with stakeholders on project deliverables
**What you’ll gain from this experience**:
Build your network with large global teams and project stakeholders in multiple board areas

Meaningful work on projects with significant impacts to people’s roles, day-to-day work and associated structures and business processes

Expanded experience with software development projects including exposure to agile development approaches and user-centered design techniques

Mentorship from experienced transformation team members

Exposure to expert facilitators in the design and delivery of project workshops

Mural (Virtua team collaboration tool)

Mentimeter (Surveys and facilitation tool)

Microsoft Office Suite (Focus on PowerPoint & Word)

SmartSheet (Program and Project Management tool)

Workpath (OKR goal planning management)
