Governance - Risk & Control for Equities Operations, being in charge of all control & risks activities related. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinating and driving Internal Control activities across the various control disciplines and internal policies, focusing on Risk Management: Contingency Plan, Information Security, Management Control Assessment (MCA), Data Management, Records Management, and Manual Payments Processing (MPP), among others. - Assure that controls are operating effectively, providing analytical support, design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks, supporting the implementation of solutions and actions plans based on best practices for controls & supervision framework across all products, assuring the due segregations and a “maker and checker” culture. - Evaluate existing processes, policies and procedures to find weakness and propose improvements, working closely to IT, Compliance, AML, Sanctions, IT teams, Infosec and COB, besides the Equities Business. - Identify control gaps during settlement cycle and implements appropriate solutions to mitigate risks and possible losses. - Develop and assess metrics to monitor and measure the control environment of the area (Securities & Derivatives ), escalating and acting assertively to prevent potential risks. **Certificates**: - PQO - Programa de Qualificação Operacional da B3 **Qualifications**: - Bachelor Degree: preferably, engineering, administration or economics. - Advancd English - Writing and Speaking - Team Work Skills. - Systematic and Organized - Working in a planned, orderly way. - 3+ years of experience with the stock market, securities and derivatives. - Advanced skills at Microsoft Office Excel (Formulas / Pivot Tables/ VBA, Macros and etc.) - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Securities and Derivatives Processing - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
