Our client is a multinational company operating in the real estate sector that designs and builds smart projects with social and digital innovations to improve citizens' lives.

We are looking for a **TECHNICAL DIRECTOR** for their entity in **Brazil.**

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate planning, budgeting, preparation of environmental licensing projects, of home facilities, infrastructure.
- Coordinate and provide technical information to enable the development of projects, preferably using BIM methodology.
- Monitor and carry out the technical management to obtain approvals by Authorities.
- Manage the prospecting, contracting of studies, projects, works, and services to ensure the execution of services within the standards of quality, productivity, deadlines, and costs.
- Coordinate the operation and maintenance of structures and services.
- Determine compliance and control the quality of purchased supplies and services.
- Develop standards and technical documents.
- Keep the budget and work planning updated.
- Ensure the company's continuous technological development as well as the best conditions of profitability for the company, in the prospecting, development, contracting of works and services.
- Execution of construction, operation, maintenance, capacity adequacy programs, expansion, and restoration of subdivision infrastructure, in collaboration with the Construction Director and Procurement Director.
- Promote the review of engineering projects in the execution phase of works.
- Promote the physical and financial monitoring of works and services.
- Ensure the necessary means for the implementation of quality control programs in the works and services, following current regulations.

Main requirements and qualifications:

- Civil Engineering OR Production Engineering Degree OR Architecture; Post Graduation in Administration, Production or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- **
Fluency in Italian and Portuguese,** and preferably English.
- Computer skills, AutoCad, BIM
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and PBQP-H.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership and managerial skills are used to lead and influence a team of highly skilled engineers.
- Able to set and achieve goals.
- Able to problem solve and set priorities.
