**Working Hours**: Flexible

**Salary Range**: 2500-4500 USD

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Take ownership** to define the foundation product from its early stages. You will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch.
- **Collaborate ruthlessly**. Work closely with our developers and Chief Product Officer on vision setting, implementation, and polishing screens, pixel for pixel, quickly.
- **Be natively cross-functional**. You can move fluidly between different focus areas like app web, and graphic design.
- **Communicate and update timelines** with the team and help outline the product roadmap

**Qualifications**:

- **You have experience designing from scratch**. You have experience turning broadly defined concepts into tactical deliverables.
- **You understand how parts of a system fit together**— and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors.
- **You are comfortable working with an iterative design process.** You can work quickly and act on feedback.
- **You have a great design sense**. You value crafting beautiful and delightful user experiences. You are familiar with native design paradigms for web and mobile, have a strong eye for design, and are attentive to details.

**Nice-to-Have’s**:

- 3+ years of full-time product design experience (web and mobile).
- 1+ years of full-time graphic design experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Figma.
