We are growing and looking for a Graphic Designer to work closely with our Create Team. Our goal is to find a standout Graphic Designer who is organized and thrives in a dynamic environment. Being open-minded, action-oriented, and excited to take on a challenge is vital to succeeding in this role. We are an agile company that moves fast. We focus on creating, testing, and optimizing our digital assets. Working slowly towards perfection is not the way we work. It is extremely important to us that anyone who joins loves sharing their taste for high-quality products and pays attention to detail. The Graphic Designer's responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and creating the visual stories of our business. This is a part-time position (10-20 hrs/week) with opportunity for further growth, depending on performance and fit.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics to support Mint CRO across its various channels and companies.
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Generate fresh concepts and assist in establishing brand identity.
- Create curated content for web, posters, magazines, and other mediums
- Create content for live events and pitch decks
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure overall project consistency and cohesion
- Other duties pertaining to the role as required
**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years graphic design experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of graphic design principles (provide samples)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Figma).
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Facebook, and Canva
- Self-starter with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Effective listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills)
- A passion for great clean, clear, innovative design, and high-impact media.
**Compensation**
