**Job Description**:
- Create purchase requisitions
- Ensure the correct allocation of the purchase requisition in the structure of WBSs, networks, activities and vendors
- Creation of purchase orders, ensuring the correct allocation in WBS
- Service measurement execution
- Interface with the purchasing team for invoice rejection
- Checking proforma invoices with engineers
- Compliance check for local content, PSC and taxes
- Coordination of disputed invoices
- Monitoring payment performance on time
- Analysis of the cause of delays and identification of solutions
- Collaborative work with finance, well engineers, contracting team, cost planner and suppliers
- Provide instructions on the requisition -> payment (RtP) process to the organization
- Keep procedures and controls up to date
- Reduce payments in non-compliance with contracting policies (FI, LoU, Standalone Pos)
- Ensure compliance with authorities manual (MoA)
**Qualifications**:
- Previous knowledge in Procurement or Accounts payable;
- Minimum advanced English
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP and Business Warehouse software
- Relevant degree in correlated areas
