**Position Mission**

Are you passionate about efficiency, data, and process transformation? ABB is looking for a **Continuous Improvement Analyst**to join the **Electrification** division. This position plays a strategic role in enhancing operational excellence across the Supply Chain function, supporting decision-making and implementing data-driven solutions that improve performance, automation, and reliability across the supply chain.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Implement Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies, setting targets, tracking KPIs, and correcting deviations.
- Provide actionable data and insights to planning and purchasing teams to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure data integrity in SAP and other supply chain systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational issues with effective solutions.
- Manage the SQL Server environment and maintain routines, views, and queries.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Data-related fields.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, VBA, and SQL.
- Advanced knowledge in data analysis and operational performance indicators.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement leadership skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Supplier Management processes.
