**About the Team**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of the Global EHS Management System, while developing locally compliant procedures and guidance for local stakeholders.
- Ensure all local regulatory and industry best practices and reporting requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain routine documentation, such as risk assessments, audits, employee training and inspections.
- Assist in the delivery of the global EHS objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other EHS team members, completing tasks as assigned to further improve the EHS culture and performance.
- Bachelor's degree or above in environment, health and safety, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant working experience and professional certificates, such as NEBOSH
- Locally recognized qualifications and local authority registrations to operate as the designated Company Health and Safety Officer are required
- Excellent working knowledge of local, regional, national compliance and regulatory requirements and general building standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
- Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard
- Able to work independently and drive results. Strives for continuous improvement
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Technical Member of IOSH or other locally recognized industry body
