Shipping Analyst I

**Fixed-term contract**

**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- Process customer order invoicing;
- Request quotes for local freight, seeking options that meet the company's needs in terms of cost and logístical efficiency;
- Prepare the necessary documentation for partner warehouses to ensure the correct preparation and shipment of goods according to specifications;
- Act as the point of contact between the company and carriers to resolve issues related to product shipments to customers, ensuring effectiveness and customer satisfaction;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for the shipping area, providing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes;
- Lead and actively participate in solving issues related to product shipping, adopting effective measures to mitigate impacts and ensure operational efficiency;
- Actively support the development of new carrier partnerships to expand and strengthen the company’s logistics network;
- Schedule customer pickups at external warehouses, coordinating operations to meet customer demands;
- Participate in audits related to product shipping, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:
Graduated or studying Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics or related areas.
- 1 year's experience in related areas;
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP is desired;

**Language**:
Advanced English

Spanish is desired

Have great communication and ease to establish good contacts.

Interpersonal relationship skills.

Good language and effective positioning in front of the stakeholders.

Flexibility and dynamism in the work environment.
