Client Success Manager

Pessoa que irá integrar o time de Client Success, sendo responsável por garantir as entregas comerciais do segmento de e-sports.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordenar a equipe de atendimento, dando suporte e liderando as entregas comerciais junto a times multifuncionais.
- Analisar e compreender as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, ajudando a aprimorar a qualidade das entregas.
- Fazer interface com a unidade de negócios que cuida do segmento de e-sports dentro da empresa, sabendo traduzir as necessidades de negócio no dia a dia.
- Manter a organização de todas as tarefas e colaborar com o time para que todos tenham as informações alinhadas.
- Conduzir briefings de merchans junto ao time de produção.
- Auxiliar na gestão junto à produção para entregas de eventos e campeonatos.

**Requisitos**:

- Organização é um fator extremamente primordial.
- Familiaridade com a indústria de e-sports ou que já tenha trabalhado na área de Atendimento/Projetos em agências de publicidade.
- Capacidade de lidar com situações desafiadoras que exigem resiliência para resolução de problemas.
- Habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e alinhamento entre as áreas da empresa.
- Capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens.
