Reports To: Country Manager
As a **Compliance & Integrity Director **Sao Paulo **(iGaming) **at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
- Design and implement comprehensive compliance structures, including whistleblower programs, anti-corruption programs, and general law compliance.
- Oversee regulation compliance, ensuring all operations align with legal and ethical standards.
- Manage and control Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure applicability and compliance across the organization.
Required skills:
- Fluent in English with high proficiency to ensure effective communication across global teams.
- Experience in law firms or banking environments.
- Proven background in negotiating responsibilities and adapting to organizational needs.
- Qualified lawyer with experience in high-risk industries such as iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Forex, or Payment systems.
- Previous roles as an AML officer or in similar capacities are highly advantageous.
