**Summary**:
As an analyst in Rabobank you will engage in a path of growth, fun and active involvement in the Advisory and Investments department of Rabobank. Within Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) you will be involved in dynamic transactions during the origination process, contributing by preparing marketing materials, valuations and supporting transaction processes. You start a journey to develop your skills and interest in finance and become a key part of an international, diverse and open minded team.

**Main Reponsabilities**:

- Participate and contribute to preparation of marketing materials and pitch books with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Provide assistance in developing industry and sector analysis;
- Prepare and keep up-to-date precedent transactions and peer multiple analyses for assigned sectors;
- Develop and master analytical skills with a focus on valuation/modeling skills;
- Support the M&A team on daily routines: preparation of company profiles, institutional presentations, market and industry research, execution of ongoing projects

**Main Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, among others;
- Minimum 1-2 years of M&A/Strategic Planing/ Business development/Private Equity/Equity Research and related background;
- English Skills (Intermediate/Advanced)
