For this team we are looking for a highly motivated Content developer with ABAP knowledge to support us in our mission safeguard our customer deployments by ensuring the content lifecycle based on content framework, including integration and activation of highly integrated business content for our customers.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:

- Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical content related issues for S/4 HANA customers
- Managing internal and external escalations incl. Customer communication (if required)
- Maintain and analyze content and local SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Collaborate and work with content solution owners and developers worldwide.
- Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Temporarily safeguard customers in critical/escalated situations

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related fields with above average results
- Experience with ABAP, ABAP OO
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer and quality focus
- Open and professional communication style
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP related experience is preferred

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in software development process and SAP experience during this time is preferred.
- Experience in development coordination, project or development management is a plus
- Experience in working with international teams is a plus
