**About Azion****About the position**As a **Technical Writer**at Azion, you will be responsible for the technical content experience of our products.Your work will ensure that developers and users find clear, actionable instructions and resources to adopt and deepen their use of the platform in a fully self-service way.You will be part of the **Product Marketing team**, working closely with Product Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing to create learning experiences that accelerate the adoption of our solutions.**Your Impact**- **Technical Documentation**:Create, review, and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical content—such as product references, API documentation, developer guides, and reference architectures.- **Tutorials and Code Samples**: Produce code examples, step-by-step tutorials, and practical guides showcasing real-world product usage.- **Technical Blog Posts**: Write blog articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers, providing insights relevant to their interests and use cases.- **Solutions & Use Cases**:Develop detailed solution-oriented content and use cases that demonstrate how Azion products solve real business and technical challenges.- **Demos and Video Content**: Record videos, technical walkthroughs, and product demos to support developer learning.- **Technical Glossaries and Learning Content**: Create and maintain technical glossaries and relevant learning materials to support consistent understanding of Azion's products and ecosystem.**What You'll Bring**- Previous experience in development teams and/or technology SaaS/PaaS products;- Proven experience generating technical documentation for developers;- Excellent technical writing skills in English and Portuguese;- Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks;- Experience using AI tools for technical writing and code development;- Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).**Bonus Points**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);- Practical experience with Git and docs-as-code workflows;- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, GraphQL), JSON, Markdown, HTML/CSS;- Experience producing audiovisual content (technical videos, screencasts, webinars);- Experience with documentation frameworks such as Diátaxis, Astro Docs, or similar;- Spanish (written).**Benefits & Azion Way of Life**- CLT hiring model;- Health and dental plan;- Flexible VR and VA (Flash Card), including during vacation periods;- Transport voucher without payroll deduction;- Annual internal hackathons;- Mobility allowance (additional amount for travel);- Freestyle (incentive to customize the workstation);- Stock options (according to policy);- Birthday day off;- TotalPass;- Flexible working hours (really flexible);- Nomad program to work from anywhere for up to 3 months a year;- Annual international exchange program.**FlexWork Model**We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration.For the first three months, you will work **on-site** in the local office, an essential step in building solid relationships and a genuine connection with our values and culture.We believe that this initial immersion not only strengthens the team, but also boosts creativity and innovation.Come and join our teamWe look forward to getting to know you and walking a path of success in technology together
