Job Purpose:
Enabling the success of students and helping in academic achievement to reach their potential through the implementation of the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy and through the consistent use of the SABIS® teaching methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
I. Ministrar aulas usando os planos de aula fornecidos (também pode ser solicitado a desenvolver tais planos com base nos gráficos de ritmo fornecidos, conforme relevantes e necessários) para a(s) disciplina(s), a fim de poder ensinar usando o sistema de pontos SABIS®.

II. Marcar as provas relacionadas à sua matéria de acordo com cronograma e material disponibilizado pelo departamento e/ou Controladoria de Qualidade Acadêmica (AQC).

III. Discutir questões disciplinares e de desempenho do aluno com o Controlador de Qualidade Acadêmica (AQC) e / ou chefe de departamento (HOD), conforme necessário.

IV. Implementar o sistema de pontos SABIS® para garantir um ambiente propício ao aprendizado em sala de aula.

V. Fornecer suporte por meio de avaliação formativa conforme necessário, em um ambiente de exame adequado e gerenciado de maneira apropriada.

VI. Fornecer suporte aos alunos com baixo desempenho acadêmico, para ajudá-los a melhorar e se motivar para alcançar seu potencial.

VII. Desenvolver e/ou acompanhar a preparação para exames externos, examinando os trabalhos anteriores, conforme planejado no cronograma de revisão estruturado (quando aplicável à nota específica).

VIII. Auxiliar em tarefas que podem incluir testar alunos, substituir professores ausentes, organizar crianças para almoços e ônibus, controlar o tráfego (veículos e pessoas), e outras tarefas administrativas que lhe sejam atribuídas pela direção escolar do SABIS®.

IX. Preparar e participar de planos de atividades para todos os eventos relacionados à vida do aluno, tais como, mas não se limitando a arte, casa aberta e educação física em coordenação com o Coordenador da Vida do Estudante.

X. Participar de sessões de treinamento quando necessário e de acordo com a solicitação da administração escolar, a fim de aprimorar sua compreensão do sistema SABIS® e melhorar seu desempenho.

XI. Executar outras tarefas ou projetos relacionados à medida que surgem e conforme delegado pela gestão do SABIS® escolar
- Discussing disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and head of department (HOD) as needed.
- Implementing the SABIS® point system to ensure an environment conducive to learning in the classroom.
- Providing support by invigilating exams as needed in an adequate and properly managed exam environment.
- Providing support for the academically low performing students, to help improve and get motivated to reach their potential.
- Develop and/or follow external exams preparation by going through past papers as planned in the structured revision schedule ( When applicable to specific grade).
- Aiding in duties that may include testing children, substituting for absent teachers, organizing children for lunches and buses, controlling traffic (vehicles and people), and other administrative duties that may be assigned to him/her by the school SABIS® management.
- Preparing and participating in activity plans for all such student life related events such as but not limited to art, open house and physical education in coordination with the student life coordinator.
- Attending training sessions when needed and as per the request of school management in order to enhance their understanding of the SABIS® system improving their performance
- Performing such other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school SABIS® management.

Ideal Requirements:

- Pedagogy degree is required
- English Proficient
- MS Office needed components
- Communication Skills
- Ability to work within a team
