**We are looking for an Operation and Logistics Assistant that will handle the following**:

- Receive invoices from services suppliers, cross-check and create its referent PO, avoiding manual POs, send invoice to finance dept up to 2 days forwarding for payment.
- Receive Temperature letters for reefer cargo Manifest of reefer & dangerous cargo to be handed over to vessel and to be sent abroad; Coordination of paperwork with local authorities / parties for dangerous cargo + reefer cargo (export cargo); Attendance to the vessel; Handle third parties accessing the vessel during port stay; Coordination of discharging/loading of empties to be trucked to/from Santos depot;
- Follow up on IMO/reefers procedures to ensure we do not make mistakes that will cause problems to Zim and to clients.
- Proceed with vessel closure process, doing it on time.
- Monitor EDI problems with movement registration;
- C. Keep track of procedures from logistics dept into SAP, to help coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Logistics and Operations in Shipping Market
- Upper Intermediate English
- MS Office: word, excel
- SAP user
- University Degree in Logistics or Foreign Market
