**position description**:
With these exciting developments, we're seeking a Systems Analyst to play a key role in defining development requirements and bridging the gap between marketing initiatives and the development team.

**what you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders) to define and prioritize product features and requirements
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications and API documentation, to ensure clear communication of product requirements to the development team
- Assist in launching advertising campaigns and B2B projects
- Actively participate in the full development lifecycle
- Maintain and manage the Confluence knowledge base
- Work with the development team to set sprint goals and objectives.

**we're looking for someone with**:

- Proven experience in describing mobile development requirements using User Stories
- Solid expertise in business processes with knowledge of notations like BPMN and UML
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with advertising control systems such as AdFox and AdMob
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like AppMetrica and Mixpanel
- Understanding of algorithms and experience testing new functionalities in collaboration with QA teams
- Strong communication skills with experience working directly with development teams
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Postman, and databases.

- Familiarity with tools such as Localize, Adapty, and Swagger.
- A strong desire and motivation to deeply understand how the product works.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency or higher.
