**About the Role**:
For this challenge, we are looking for a creative person with an interest in numbers, data analysis, operations and organization, who will work closely with the business teams.

This role has the following objectives:

- Streamlining internal workflows through systems (CRM, Help Desk, Back-office, Slack);
- Participate in meetings with internal clients to gather, document, and understand business requirements.

**About the Team**:
The VTEX Systems for Growth Team partners with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) to model and implement scalable business processes in systems, such as CRM and Help Desk. Our mission is to make the internal teams more efficient, unlocking our path to revenue.

**Who you are**:

- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Systems Analysis or related areas;
- Willingness to learn new tool sets and processes to support business;
- Basic knowledge of systems, infrastructure, programming, and associated activities; Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
**Plus**
- Interest in Business & Operations;
- Knowledge, or ability to learn, writing basic scripts;
- Interest in Database Management Systems;
- Basic SQL (Interpret and write basic queries).
