**Introduction to the Job**

We are looking for a **Systems Analyst SR** who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.

**Job description**
- Developing and implementing software systems
- Survey and sizing of requirements and functionalities
- Specification of documentation when necessary
- Systems support (incident resolution, trobleshooting)
- Systems implementation
- Systems update
- Incident management and enhancements in appropriate system or defined by management
- Interrupting activities that are judged to be impactful to the business
- Definition of development tools;
- Data Modeling;
- Systems Administration, including the implementation and management of control alerts and/or reports (physical and systemic);
- Research and development of new technologies and tools;
- Establishing standards, coordinating projects and providing solutions;
- Plan, control and define priorities and tasks of the Trainee, Junior, Senior Analysts and Trainees in Systems Analysis and related disciplines who may or may not be members of the same team;
- Recommend tools or training that can speed up or optimize the systems development process;
- Stimulate the team's self-learning;
- Elaborate and maintain up-to-date systems documentation;
- Work at the level directly above level 1 (Service Desk or correlated);
- Ensure the quality of the delivered products (can be considered SLA);
- Maintenance of the Production, Homologation and Application Development environments;
- Negotiation of deadlines with users and Product Owners;
- Optimization, automation of services under responsibility enabling cost reduction;
- Meeting the requirements of Internal and External Audits;
- Delivering training and webinars when necessary or proposed;
- Elaborate integrated and unit tests;
- Location: Rio de Janeiro - Tech Center

**You are meant for this job if**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
- Experience in systems analysis and development;
- Requirements gathering;
- Implementation, deployment and modification of systems of high complexity in different operating environments;
- Support Application Owners in the use and training of the systems under their responsibility;
- Provide effort estimates in system development together with the Business Analyst;
- Develop and test change packages in production environments (quality assurance) together with the change committee;
- Knowledge in UML; APIs; DevSecOps; Agile; SCRUM; Azure (Paas & SaaS); AWS; Web & Cloud Development; Database (SQL and No-SQL).
- Knowledge in OS concepts and usage.
- Knowledge of: Visual Studio e VS Code, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft.Net Framework (Full Framework and Core), Angular, React, NodeJS; Python; GitHub; Git; Azure DevOps; ORM; CSS; Bootstrap; SQL Server and Tools; MongoDB; MySQL; Java; Typescript; WebAPIs; MVC; C#; VB; Microsoft Power Platform; SharePoint; Virtual Machines, Docker.
