**Essential Job Functions**:

- Perform shipment follow up / track and trace; create shipments in the operational system; accept pre alerts, issue payment requisitions to vendors; build Billing; Packets, uploads “Proof of Invoice” in the operations system, among others;
- Interface with internal departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the Key Performance Indicators;
- Works on projects assigned which will vary by department;
- Maintains and runs office KPI’s;
- Ensure that any issues that arise are escalated in an efficient manner to the management team;
- Use the tools, checklist, and system as per assigned by the station management to ensure process quality and visibility;
- Report to the management team in advance about any process that is out of scope or process that needs to be addressed by the management team after regular working hours, holidays and/or weekend;
- Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets;
- Run and distribute reports as needed;
- General client service as needed;
- Communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take service orders, and address complaints;
- Other duties as assigned;
**Other Skills & Abilities**:

- Dependability follows instructions, responds to management direction;
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;
- Motivated, goal oriented;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High school diploma or GED;
- 0 - 2 or more years of industry related experience.
