**Summary**:
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Sales Analyst** to join our team to manage and optimize sales operations through order processing, invoicing, data analysis, and reporting.

**Responsabilities**:

- AFM order entry
- AFM Invoicing
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and present key findings to the sales and marketing teams
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitive activities.
- Order Entry in Service Max:

- Correction and updating of accounts in Salesforce.
- Order analysis, customer data analysis, and adjustments in Navision.
- Input of the order in Service Max, informing the customer about receipt, verifying the order until it is confirmed.
- Input of the order in the billing spreadsheet.
- Contract entry in Smax.
- SMA Order Entry:

- Order analysis - customer information.
- PQU in Navision.
- Input of the order in the billing spreadsheet.
- Order Entry parts:

- Order analysis - customer information.
- Imported parts, out of stock - import request
- Stock parts - input of the order in Navision.
- Invoicing of Service Invoices, Monthly Contract Invoice Issuance

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to evaluate complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
