**Senior Quality & Compliance Analyst (12 months - Fixed Term Contract) | Consumer Health | São José dos Campos/SP**:
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a Senior Quality & Compliance Analyst, located in São José dos Campos-SP, Brazil.

In this role you will be part of the LatAm Franchise Quality organization to operate with end-to-end ownership to support and contribute on new product introduction, product lifecycle strategies and project implementation through enhanced connections with multidisciplinary teams such as Supply Chain, Commercial and R&D to deliver and implement regulatory and statutory compliance building trustworthy, effective and safe innovation from product early stage to lifecycle management. You will create and promote projects or programs that make valuable contributions for the end-to-end business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement projects and analysis with proven rigor and deep organizational knowledge.
- Proactively investigate and develop improvements to existing processes or develops new basic processes.
- Ensure all new products and any changes to products are performed in compliance with applicable products' regulation/requirements and internal J&J procedures.
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures and specific GMP documentation within Quality and R&D Compliance processes.
- Interpret regulations to provide risk analysis guidance and make decisions about GxP activities accurately.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related science is required.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a regulated industry (Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality for cosmetics).
- Knowledge in Medical Devices and/or drugs is a differential.
- Advanced English is required, Spanish is desired.
- Knowledge on regulatory requirements across LatAm region such as ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANMAT is a key skill.
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
