Ecolab is seeking a **Demand Planning Manager / S&OP Manager **to join our leadership team within the Regional Planning organization for Latin America and to be responsible for implementing the standard Process across all the region countries, in accordance with the Global Playbook, allowing more synergy between key stakeholders and, therefore, sales and healthy inventory levels. You will have the opportunity to indirectly lead a team responsible for managing monthly Demand Planning cycle with Sales and Marketing towards the evaluation of the baseline statistical forecast and the incorporation of building blocks such as new product introductions, portfolio changes, new businesses opportunities etc.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições** What You Will Do**:

- Indirectly manage a team of demand planners towards a “best-in-class” S&OP Process;
- Drive with the team root cause analysis and forecast optimization. Support the team to ensure the required customer service levels are met while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and monitoring E&O inventory.
- Drive process improvements such as demand monetization;
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate current and medium to long-term market intelligence into the demand plan at product, customer and market levels and to develop, document and update the assumptions supporting the demand plan and forecast;
- Monitor the demand plan and forecast performance (forecast error, accuracy, bias) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels. Prepare performance metrics and distribute to collaborators as feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop a demand-based revenue plan by business unit for comparison against annual business plans and financial forecast updates. Challenge the sales and marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the demand-based revenue plan and the business plans.
- Deliver the unconstrained demand plan to Supply Planning in the required format.
- Strengthen other important steps of the S&OP cycle such as the Supply Review and the Executive Meetings;
- Assure we have the same maturity level of our S&OP Process across LATAM countries and that the process is aligned with both best-in-class market criteria and our Global Playbook;

**Position Details**:

- Work week and shift: mostly home office, but with specific visits to the office (Barra Funda) and to the plants (Suzano and Barueri). Open to travel when needed.

**Requisitos e qualificações** Preferred Qualifications**:

- Post graduation degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, Economy,** **Marketing, Engineer or a related field;
- Advanced technical or business degree | Post graduation and specific certifications
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access to design and execute complex queries and reporting
- PowerBI skills for dashboard creation and management
- Proficiency in SAP, specifically Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules
- Previous project management experience, including Lean Six Sigma and/or Green Belt certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, Economy,** **Marketing, Engineer or a related field
- Post graduation degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, Economy,** **Marketing, Engineer or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with significant experience in Planning (Demand Planning and Supply Planning);
- Experience in a full and mature S&OP cycle or IBP;
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel;
- English and Spanish - advanced level;
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role;
- Effective at building relationships and utilizing problem solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus amongst stakeholders.
