Purpose of the role

There is a lot of effort invested into running a company like ours. A stable environment and seamlessly running equipment is the foundation for everything we do. As a Junior System Administrator, you will directly impact how Infobip offices run technology-wise.

What will you do at Infobip?
- You will work with Active Directory (AD).
- You will work with the helpdesk, first line, work through the ticket system, without calls from users.
- You will prepare and configure workspaces.
- You will be supporting office infrastructure.
- You will be remote support for users.

**Qualifications**:
More about you:

- You have a good level of written and spoken English.
- You have advanced knowledge in troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems and MS Office 365 cloud services, and you are familiar with Mac and Linux.
- You have knowledge of MS Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
- You have some experience in maintaining and configuring the MS Windows Deployment Services system.
- You have experience in internal support or customer support as an advantage.
- You have basic network protocols and internet communication concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with configuring video conference systems as an advantage.
