Reporting directly to the M&A Integration Director of QIMA, the M&A Integration Manager will play a key role in QIMA’s rapid external growth by working with the senior management and the different business and functional teams. You will be involved in many aspects of companies’ acquisitions including commercial and technical due diligences, integrating systems, changing cultures, consolidating products and services, creating synergies and the list goes on.**The Company**:

**The Job**:

- Your role will be to lead and coordinate commercial and technical due diligences of active acquisition targets and supervise their entire post-merger integration process.
- Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Understand in depth the business of the target: value proposition, strategy, strengths and weaknesses, key people etc.
- Thoroughly analyze the target’s client portfolio, assess its resilience, price evolution, etc.
- Understand the market, its trends and the possible risks and opportunities that may arise
- Identify synergies opportunities with the rest of our group
- Help the M&A management and project sponsor prepare and issue a final recommendation on the business and strategic value of the target along with a possible business plan
- Participate in the definition of the post-acquisition integration plan and KPIs in coordination with the different functions in our group and in the target
- Provide some in-depth analysis (eg: study of HR policies, pricing practices, etc.) to help refine our integration strategies
- Help roll out the integration plan, follow up closely with the different teams and measure the integration progress and results
- As you become more familiar with our group and processes, you will progressively start working more independently and take the lead on some integration projects.
- A Master’s Degree from a top Engineering or Business School
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Capability to learn fast and quickly acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Consulting or Project management would be a plus
- A good understanding about the Supply Chain industry and Quality norms would be a plus
- Fluent English. Other languages are a definite plus.
