- 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations, or project management in a technology/media company.
- Experience with developing analytical models.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree.
- Experience working in Latin America.
- Experience with implementing strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to navigate and consult in a business environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors for the executive sales leaders. As the Business Sales Operations Manager, you will drive insights that grow business and efficiency of the Google Cloud Sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with sales leads and cross-functional regional leaders to develop business plans, business insights, process improvements, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify drivers for performance and develop initiatives to improve them.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to develop reporting and insights for the Latin America Google Cloud Sales team.
- Participate and help steer cross-functional initiatives and ensure that they are implemented to the team.
- Lead the cross-functional sales teams of the region and manage global projects within and across teams.
