We're looking for a reliable person to maintain the company's bookkeeping, analyzing financial data and maintain accurate records, support monetary transactions and resolve accounting issues. **You will have the following responsibilities**: - Enter data accurately and maintain updated records; - Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data to ensure proper accounting treatment of financials and report results (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Working Capital); - Ensure all documents are properly signed and filed; - Assist with account reconciliations; - Report the status of accounts and discrepancies; - Liaise with internal and external auditors; - Ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation, analysis and consolidation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial results; - Work closely with accountant and legal offices to ensure financial consistency, provide guidance and accounting support to the leadership. **It would be important for you to have**: - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; - Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently; - Analytical thinking, ability to tackle problems in a fast-paced environment and keen on learning and facing new challenges; - Excellence in written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner; - Ability to analyze, calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records; - Experience in accounting, working with "Lucro Real" companies will be an asset; - Knowledge of computers and familiarity with accounting software is also essential; - IFRS/CPC knowledge will be taken in consideration; - Experience in S/A companies and work with external audit will be a differential. **e-Core Diversity Commitment**: We are a team of creative and innovative people, and we hire on an equal opportunity, **regardless of gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion and others.** We are committed to the values of **Equal Employment Opportunity** and everyone at e-Core is empowered to be themselves and encouraged to develop professionally and personally. **Privacy**: - Ao me inscrever, concordo que li e entendi a Política de Privacidade da e-Core. - Privacy Policy (EN) / Política de Privacidade (PT-BR)
