The Challenge
The Territory Account Manager works within DME Team and undertakes a variety of roles critical to the success of growing Adobe's revenue. This role sales for new customers in Brazil, and grow the footprint of existing ones. You will need to understand and interpret customer requirements and drive new accounts based on their needs. Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly and Annual Region Revenue (ARR) and new customer Targets
Lead sales cycle processes to a group of accounts in Brazil working directly with the end user, but collaborating with the partner and consolidating resources to optimize the conversion of the process. the partners to present the right playbooks to end users, showing the return on investment first hand of investing in Adobe Solutions
Build the trust with the key partner of Brazil to begin working together some of the key accounts where they have already contracts, growing them with Adobe solutions
Build and maintain a required new business schedule and supervise pipeline progress
Run and close the pipeline of new deals by driving all aspects of the sales cycle
Work close with marketing and the accounts prospecting team for acquisition of Adobe products
Prepare activity and weekly forecast, monthly review report
Work cross-functionally with license advisory team, business development, solution consulting, white glove internally and the technical resources from the partners working together Requirement
Experience in direct corporate, enterprise sales
Must have a consistent track record in achieving &. over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity, preferably selling Software Solutions.
At least 5years of sales experience
Bachelors degree in business, IT, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
Highly motivated and proactive
Team Work
Passion to encourage team member to go high
Strong verbal communication skills (talking and listening)
Proficient in English and native speaker of Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
