The role:
The _Operations Manager_ works together with the BDE and AM to develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue and ensure that SoftwareONE products and services consistently meet client needs. Ability to establish and expand relationships within each customer.
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams
- Responsible for supporting existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the Global Service Delivery Center teams
- Oversight to Global Service Delivery Center Adoption, Utilization and Quality
- Support existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the Global Service Delivery Center teams
- Support setup and onboarding as needed
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with Global Service Delivery Center and other supporting teams
- Facilitate the credit and rebill process with the Global Service Delivery Center and supporting departments
- Support Backoffice reports.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university.
- 1 + years professional sales experience preferred but not required.
- Good English language proficiency.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Customer excellence and support experience
- Operations and customer focus experience
- Inside Sales History
- Highly motivated and results oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
- General understanding of technology solutions.
