**About the Role**:
Suportar os Gerentes de Produto na análise e antecipação de tendências futuras do mercado farmacêutico, que poderão afetar o desempenho e o potencial das marcas. Desenvolver planos para a marca de forma a garantir que a estratégia de cada produto seja alcançada. Garantir que os materiais promocionais atendam às necessidades das marcas e estejam disponíveis à força de vendas.

**Principais responsabilidades**
- Orientar os Analistas Plenos, Juniores, Estagiários e Jovem Aprendiz em suas atividades e executá-las sempre que necessário.
- Suportar os gerentes de produto na gestão da marca e coordenação do time cross funcional.
- Contribuir para a elaboração do conteúdo de materiais de treinamento destinados à força de vendas/promocional, visando otimizar os resultados de vendas.
- Desenvolver, implementar e gerenciar todas as iniciativas promocionais e de educação sobre doenças.
- Acompanhar a implementação da promoção do ciclo com a força de vendas, analisando feedback e propondo melhorias.

**Requisitos essenciais**:

- Experiência de 3-5 anos na área de farmacêutica.
- Capacidade de atuar na estratégia de marketing.
- Experiência com processos operacionais: aprovações internas, criação de pedido de compras, envio de amostras e materiais para Força de Vendas.
- Habilidade para suportar a criação e acompanhamento de materiais promocionais.
- Excelentes habilidades de relacionamento pessoal e liderança indireta.
- Capacidade de organização, priorização de tarefas e autogestão.
- Capacidade de aprender rapidamente, independência, curiosidade para interagir com outras pessoas.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de Office, especialmente Excel.
