Dow has a great opportunity as Procure to Pay Analyst, based in São Paulo (BRA) to support the development and maintenance of PtP Procedures, deliver meaningful analysis and propose enhancements to the processes, prepare reports, monitor de KPIs metrics, and address quickly critical issues.

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle and perform quality audits over the PtP process- Manage the direct debit process.- Manage and act over aged open items.- Support global process implementations, aligning to local needs- RTB DTP /Job Aid /Documentation Review and improvement- Partner with 3rd party company that processes invoices and with stakeholders.- Support the resolution of critical issues reported via tickets (L3).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and Business Administration degrees are preferred;- Mandatory experience with SAP ECC, and other enterprise-wide Procurement systems- Experience supporting Procure, Apay, strategic sourcing, and Finance (Treasure / Tax)- Collaboration with stakeholders and stakeholder management skills are required;- Good communication skills (oral, written,listening, and facilitation);- Expertise in Excel required, experience with reporting and database tools a plus;- Organization and a sense of urgency are mandatory to this role;- Continuous Improvement skill, continuously seeking opportunities to improve work processes- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;- Emotional intelligence and work under pressure are valued skills for this role.
