Supply Chain Readiness Analyst
**What you will do/Responsibilities**:
- Executes deliveries in support of the organization's supply chain business objectives. Leads one of the key areas of the global supply chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product, and financial initiatives.
- The position communicates with all levels of the organization, within the function, as well as with other functions and suppliers. The position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistics suppliers and service providers.
**What you will need**:
- Ability to understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross-functional environment to successfully resolve issues that minimize impacts to vehicle production.
- Assess supplier scheduling and impact to vehicle assembly production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate with leadership.
- Handle capacity constraint issues too complex to resolve, with the goal of innately eliminating potential plant disruptions and reducing premium transportation.
- Analyze metrics that support critical supplier issues or sufficiency plan resolution.
- Ability to be flexible and sometimes work extended, non-core hours to ensure issues are resolved.
- Ability to problem-solve, complete issues, and implement new and innovative strategies.
- Deep understanding of supply chain functions.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Engineer, or related Careers.
- Solid experience in similar positions (Supply Chain, Logistics, Foreign Trad & knowledge of local/international suppliers).
- Microsoft Office: intermediate level.
- English: advanced level.
- Ability to travel to manufacturing sites when required for on-site launch and construction support.
- Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Data Tools/PowerBI/Knime (desirable).
