Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
**Identity and Access Management (IAM)**:
- Administer and maintain IAM systems, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.
- Manage user identities, access rights, and permissions.
- Implement and enforce access controls to protect sensitive information.
**Security and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Conduct regular audits of IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
**User Support and Training**:
- Provide support to users regarding IAM issues and access requests.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IAM best practices and security protocols.
- Respond to security incidents related to IAM and take appropriate action.
**Project Management**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IAM-related projects.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IAM enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and threats to proactively address security
Role Qualifications:
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM or a similar role.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SSO).
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
