**Boeing Brazil** is seeking **Structural Design Engineering Manager**, reporting to the Engineering Director of Boeing Brazil located in **Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil**.

**Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Establish an open, inclusive, and innovative team culture
- Lead, develop and engage our people within multiple Engineering disciplines
- Develops and executes integrated plans, policies, and procedures and provides input on strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources and provides technical management
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Project leadership and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle
- Advanced knowledge of design concepts and techniques (e.g., concurrent engineering, Design for Manufacture/Assembly [DFM/A])
- Identify and create qualitative or quantitative measures of success and failure
- Project schedule, resource, and risk management

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience in Aerospace Structures Design
- Experience leading projects and implementing business management practices
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering field
- Solid experience in CAD/CAM software (CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Siemens NX)
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to perform functional responsibilities of the occupation effectively
- Prior Management experience
- Experience supporting Commercial Aftermarket Modifications
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Experience with change management and demonstrated ability to continually identify and drive the implementation of technical and business improvements and new opportunities
