Find your future with us.**Boeing Brazil** is seeking **Structural Design Engineering Manager**, reporting to the Engineering Director of Boeing Brazil located in **Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil**.Boeing is inspiring the next century of explorers. Join us, and be part of the team that will change the future of aerospace as we now know it.**Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:- Establish an open, inclusive, and innovative team culture- Lead, develop and engage our people within multiple Engineering disciplines- Develops and executes integrated plans, policies, and procedures and provides input on strategies, goals, objectives- Acquires resources and provides technical management- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes- Project leadership and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle- Advanced knowledge of design concepts and techniques (e.g., concurrent engineering, Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A))- Identify and create qualitative or quantitative measures of success and failure- Project schedule, resource, and risk management**Employer will NOT sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- Experience in Aerospace Structures Design- Experience leading projects and implementing business management practices- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering field- Solid experience in CAD/CAM software (CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Siemens NX)- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management- Fluent in both written and verbal English- Must be legally able to work in Brazil**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to perform functional responsibilities of the occupation effectively- Prior Management experience- Experience supporting Commercial Aftermarket Modifications- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customers- Experience with change management and demonstrated ability to continually identify and drive the implementation of technical and business improvements and new opportunities**Relocation**:**Additional Information**:If possible, please, submit a CV or resume written in English.**Equal Opportunity Employer**:Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
