**SURFACE MANAGER**

**Job description**:
Responsible for the P&L of the Surface operation in Brazil;

Provide direction, organization, planning and business administration of Oil & Gas in the region, coordinating the promotion and execution of sales, marketing, service, process, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and related strategies in human resource management, security and environment to generate profits according to TechnipFMC standards

Provide the necessary support to all lines of TechnipFMC LatAm in business, financial, organizational, legal and administrative matters.

Responsible for establishing relations with the Ministry of Economy, Secretary of Industry and the Ministry of Labor, or the corresponding body depending on the country.

Relationship with service companies and industrial chambers, for the purpose of participating in union decisions/projects or related to this

Location: FASSUB - DUTRA - RJ

**You are meant for this job if**:
Professional (Bachelor's or Engineering) preferably with Diplomas or Master's degrees related to the oil and/or administrative area

Advanced English

Knowledge of the macroeconomic environment of the countries they are in charge of.

Knowledge of the laws applicable to acquisitions, public works, finance, labor department and environmental protection among others

Experience in leading positions in companies in the oil sector preferably

Managerial skills, administrative skills, management of strategies, projections, investments and others of the genre, extensive negotiating capacity.
