As a Facility Manager you lead the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities across the site. The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner. You will take care of a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.

As a **Facility Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- Planning, coordinating and execution of facility maintenance such as landscaping and cleaning
- Defining the management of the outsourced relationship
- Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements
- Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
- Contributing to projects as a team member

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have completed Bachelor studies in Engineer from an accredited university or college (Civil Eng bachelor’s degree - preferable)
- Have proven experience in the area of properties
- Be able to demonstrate oral and written communication skills
- Be capable of working effectively both in teams and independently
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal skills.
- Be able to communicate in English and Portuguese
