You will work within a team of people passionate with music in charge of delivering the best marketing services with passion, innovation, care, and transparency. **Your duties will include but not limited to the following** All your actions are guided by your desire to have a positive impact on the team, on the development of our business and, more generally, to contribute to our corporate social responsibility and to reduce our impact on the environment. - Supporting - Enable business and function leaders by building strong partnership with all stakeholders to deliver value-added services on people-related matters in alignment to the organisation’s mission and objectives - Work closely with the business and function leaders to facilitate change management and effective implementation of people-related policies, processes, and guidelines that directly supports business strategies - Relay the talent management process, including talent acquisition, onboardings and talent development - Support the implementation of HR projects such as compensation benchmarking, HRIS implementation, etc - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers to manage and resolve employee relations issues - Work closely with management and employees to enhance employee work experience, improve engagement and retention and drives organisational excellence - Overseeing general office operation - Ensure we deliver world-class service to our visitors - Purchase office supplies and equipment to maintain proper stock levels - Monitor the supplies budget and ensures that it matches the needs - Ensure that health and safety procedures are up to date - Coordinate with the landlord for facility management and monitoring of service providers - Organise minor repairs in the office with the involvement of contractors from third parties - Create and communicates administrative procedures - Representing the office in discussions with the IT department mostly to ensure the success of our onboardings **Qualifications**: - Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company. French can be a plus - You have an experience in Office management / HR ideally in a start-up environment - You have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and are always eager to act as a facilitator - You know how to be diplomatic to get the best from everyone - You have been able to understand through your experiences the sense of confidentiality of the function and the crucial contribution you can make to a team.
