- Education**The Role Context**: The recruit will be working within the WE Content team on Content Creation projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage the overall content localization process applicable to the geography. This may include engaging vendor/s for the process of localization of existing content and/or new creation.
- to commission the project and control the quality, timelines and costs for the content-development process and tracking stagewise artefacts eg. documents, content outlines, storyboarding, audio files, video files, and have proficient working knowledge of relevant software tools including but not limited to MS Office, Storyline, Vyond etc.
- to create/review storyboarding/scripting, assessment creation/review, and output/build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle
- to verify the adherence to specifications by checking the final deliverables of the project
- to ensure that all changes/improvements made to content is tracked and incorporated at all places
- to coordinate with Graphic Designers for the development of Graphics, Animations.
- to work with the LMS technical team to ensure, new content is uploaded, tested and rolled out as per plan

**Skills & Experience**:

- Education level: Graduate or Post-graduate
- Experience: Must have 4-6 years of work experience as a Content Manager and/or an Instructional Designer with the demonstrated ability to perform in this capacity
- Well-versed with Instructional design models, and the theory of learning with respect to skill seekers.
- Can collaborate and coordinate well across cross-functional teams
Spectacular command over both - Brazilian Portuguese language and grammar, as well as English language. Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading and Comprehension.
- Should be able to proofread/review content with immaculate attention to detail
- Has demonstrated command over elearning authoring tools - Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least 2 other tools
